Simple:

1. You fill out a quick form telling us what you need
2. We match you with a licensed local tradie in our network
3. The tradie contacts you to arrange a time to see the job
4. They give you a proper quote after seeing the work
5. You decide if you want to proceed

We don't give quotes ourselves - we connect you with tradies who can assess your specific job and quote accurately.

How much does it cost?

There's no cost to use our service.

The tradie will quote you directly after seeing the job. You only pay the tradie IF you decide to go ahead with their quote.

About pricing: Every job is different. Prices vary based on materials, job complexity, site conditions, and what you want done. That's why tradies need to see the job before giving an accurate quote.

We vet our tradies to ensure fair, honest pricing - no corporate markup, no price gouging. Just quality work at reasonable rates.

How long does it take?

The tradie will typically contact you within 24 hours of us sending them your details.

They'll arrange a time that suits you to come see the job and give you a quote.

Good tradies are usually busy (which is actually a good sign). They'll get back to you when they can fit you in.

Are these tradies any good?

We only work with licensed, insured tradespeople.

Every tradie in our network is:

• Licensed and insured (we verify)
• Reference checked
• Monitored for fair pricing
• Removed if we get quality complaints

That said - we're not miracle workers. We vet them properly, but you should still:

• Ask to see their license
• Get everything in writing
• Check they have current insurance
• Get a detailed quote before work starts

What if I don't like the quote?

Then don't use them. Simple as that.

The quote is free. You're under zero obligation.

If the price feels too high:

• Ask them to explain the breakdown
• Get a second opinion if you want
• Don't proceed at all

We only get paid if the job actually happens, so we have no incentive to push you into anything.

Can I get multiple quotes?

You can, but we usually recommend getting one good quote first.

If the tradie seems solid and the price feels fair, there's no need to waste time getting multiple quotes.

That said - if you want to compare, just let us know and we can send your details to another tradie.
