How we ensure only the best tradies join our network

Application Review

Every tradie fills out a detailed application. We review their business history, experience, and service offerings. Applications missing critical information are rejected immediately.

License & Insurance Verification

We verify all licenses are current and valid with the relevant NSW authorities. Insurance certificates are checked for appropriate coverage levels. This is non-negotiable — no license or insurance means immediate disqualification.

Reference Checks

We contact previous customers to verify work quality, professionalism, and reliability. At least 3 verified references are required. We ask specific questions about communication, punctuality, cleanliness, and final results.

Pricing Audit

We review their pricing structure to ensure it's fair and competitive. We reject tradies who price gouge or charge excessive fees. Our network operates on honest, community-focused pricing.

Trial Period

Even after approval, new tradies enter a 90-day trial period. We monitor customer feedback closely. Any complaints about quality, professionalism, or pricing are investigated immediately.

Ongoing Monitoring

Tradies in our network are continuously monitored. We collect customer feedback after every job. Consistent issues result in removal from our network. We maintain high standards — always.
