Tradies Sydney is a connection service that matches homeowners with local tradespeople. We are not contractors and do not perform the work ourselves.

No Warranties

We connect you with licensed, insured professionals, but we:

• Do not guarantee the quality of work performed
• Are not responsible for disputes between customers and tradies
• Cannot warrant specific outcomes or completion times

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Work performed by independent tradespeople
• Property damage or personal injury
• Delays, cancellations, or no-shows
• Pricing disputes or payment issues

All work is performed by independent contractors, not employees of Tradies Sydney.

User Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information in service requests
• Communicate directly with matched tradespeople
• Pay tradies directly for work performed
• Verify licenses and insurance before work begins

Tradies agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and insurance
• Provide honest quotes and quality work
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Pay agreed referral fees when work is completed

Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and tradies should be resolved directly. We'll assist where reasonable, but we're not party to service agreements.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove tradies from our network or refuse service to customers who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
